Are You Worried Your Child Is Growing Up in a World That's Losing Its Compassion?

Disconnected by Devices

Children spend 7+ hours daily on screens, missing opportunities to develop empathy through real-world interactions.

Empathy Levels Are Declining

Studies show children's empathy has dropped 40% in the last 20 years, affecting their ability to care for others.

Kindness Isn't A School Subject

Traditional education often skips over emotional intelligence. Parents are left wondering how to teach empathy and compassion in ways that truly stick.

You want to raise a child who cares deeply, acts kindly, and makes a positive difference in the world. But how do you compete with a culture that prioritizes instant gratification over compassion?

100% of our Profits go to Help Save Homeless Animals!

"My grandchildren love learning about how they can make a difference locally in the lives of homeless animals. They're too young to volunteer at an actual shelter - this is such a great opportunity!"

Frequently Asked Questions

🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️ Do I need a pet to join the PawSquad Press?

Nope, not at all! You don’t need a pet to be a hero for animals. 🐾 Your superpower is your voice, your creativity, and your heart. Whether you live with a furry friend or not, you can still help make the world better for all animals. Capes optional, compassion required. 💥

🌟 Can reporters use photography, video, or writing skills, no matter their age?

Absolutely! 🐾 Creativity has no age limit. Reporters of all ages are welcome to use any media style they love, whether it's snapping photos, filming videos, or writing stories.

📸 Can a Reporter submit more than one entry each month?

Absolutely!  Every monthly topic is packed with creative possibilities for all age groups.

For example, if the theme is Pet Care 101, your child might:

  • 🐶 Feature their own pet
  • 👩‍⚕️ Interview a veterinarian
  • 📷 Snap a photo of a vet helping an animal
  • ✂️ Spotlight a grooming business
  • 🛍️ Review a favorite pet product

There's no limit to how many stories, videos, or photos they can crate.  More kindness, more impact, more fun!

🕒 What's the deadline to submit content each month?

We keep it flexible to fit your family's schedule.

📅 Submissions for each monthly topic are due by the SUNDAY OF THE THIRD WEEK.  That gives us time to review entries and showcase your reporter's work the following week.

BONUS:   We spotlight new content every week, so your child's creation could inspire other's all month long!

🌟 Will every reporter's work be showcased?

We do our best to spotlight every PawSquad Reporter who participates! 🐾

Some topics may get more entries than others, but if your child submits content, we’ll work hard to make sure their voice is seen and celebrated. Every effort counts, and we love sharing their creativity with the world!

📣 Can my reporter contact local businesses or rescues?

Yes, with your permission! 🐾 We love local stories, but reporters must get parent or guardian approval first. For in-person visits, an adult should go along. Safety first, always.

🎓 Can teens use PawSquad Press for community service or college apps?

Absolutely! 🐾 Our Senior Reporter and Other Ideas categories are designed with teens in mind, offering deeper topics that showcase creativity, storytelling, and real-world impact. Perfect for service hours, resumes, and college applications!

📬 Where do we send submissions, and who owns them?

Send all entries to [email protected]. 🐾 Once submitted, the content becomes co-owned by The Pawtectors and the reporter. We’ll never sell or share their work with other sites. Their creativity stays protected and celebrated!
