The moment a child realizes they can change one life, they begin believing they can change the world around them.

🌱 I'm completely, unapologetically animal-obsessed!
For more than 15 years, I've worked alongside animal shelters and rescues, schools, youth organizations, and families because I've witnessed something incredible...
🌱Animals help children become extraordinary humans.
But I didn't always understand why.
Then one heartbreaking moment changed everything. After a neighborhood child intentionally shot one of my beloved barn cats, Tux, I couldn't stop asking myself one question...
How could anyone intentionally harm an innocent, defenseless animal?
As I searched for the answer, one simple truth became impossible to ignore.
🌱 Compassion has to be planted before it can grow.
That's why I created The Pawtectors Kindness Club.
Because if we want more kindness in the world... we have to plant the seeds first. 🌱❤️
We Don't Teach Kindness. We Help It Grow.
Every child already has extraordinary gifts inside them.
And that's exactly the point.
❤️ Our job isn't to put those gifts there.
❤️ It's to help them grow.
🌱 Some discover their superpowers through art.
🌱 Others through writing.
🌱 Community service.
🌱 Photography.
🌱 Leadership.
🌱 Or helping one animal in need.
Because every child grows differently.
And that's exactly where extraordinary things begin. 🌱

Creative communicator extraordinaire, mindful muse, lover of animals and children. Kelsey transforms creativity into meaningful experiences that help children grow with confidence, compassion, and joy.
As the creative force behind Pawtectors' art, mindfulness, and well-being experiences, she inspires children to express themselves, build resilience, and discover that kindness is one of their greatest superpowers.

MISS "FIFI" (Phoenix)
Co-Special Needs Girl who was a former feral farm cat who had an accident requiring her front leg to be amputated, but that doesn’t stop me! I’m sassy & very independent & can chase the “red-dot” laser pointers all day.

Maanasa is passionate about helping both animals and people. As a college student studying animal-assisted therapy and art therapy, she is dedicated to exploring the powerful connection between compassion, creativity, and healing. She loves encouraging young people to discover kindness through meaningful experiences with animals.
LITTLE LUCY
Rescued as a 9-week-old kitten from the storm drain of the Home Depot parking lot. Lover of life, lying upside down & following my humans around.
If I were a human, I’d be wearing red glasses, carrying a mini notepad/pencil working as your personal assistant.

I was a rescued “labradoodle” who was given up when their owners couldn’t take me overseas. I’ll do just about anything for food, especially whipped cream. I haven’t met a squeaky or treat toy I didn’t like. I also get the award for the best cuddlebug ever! Want to challenge me for that title?
